Legal basis: Art. 3 and 4 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on Transparency Requirements as amended

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company"), with reference to current report No. 2/2026 dated 15 January 2026, hereby announces a change (acceleration) of selected publication dates for financial information in 2026.

The change concerns the publication of selected historical consolidated financial information and business updates (presentation and supporting press release) for the first and third quarters of 2026.

The updated publication schedule for these periods is as follows:

• documents including the data for the 3 months ended 31 March 2026 – will be published before the start of trading on 14 May 2026 (instead of the originally planned 21 May 2026);
• documents including the data for the 3- and 9- month periods ended 30 September 2026 – will be published before the start of trading on 12 November 2026 (instead of the originally planned 19 November 2026).

Other publication dates of periodic reports indicated in current report No. 2/2026, i.e., the annual report for 2025 (12 March 2026) and the consolidated semi-annual report for 2026 (17 September 2026), remain unchanged.

The Company reiterates that, in line with the practice of Luxembourg companies, it will not publish full consolidated quarterly reports for Q1 and Q3 2026, nor separate reports for Q4 2025 and Q2 2026.
